Digital Marketing Manager
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
About You
You have a strong grasp of current marketing strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution; project managing the components and interfacing with clients.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all paid digital marketing across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats
Act as our clients’ primary contact, managing expectations, deadlines, and all communications
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute and measure experiments
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Previous agency experience
Deep knowledge of marketing tactics on Google and paid social
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build Google Data Studio reports
Great communication and presentation skills
