Our Q4 2022 Paid Media Checklist

In building a life we love, which is our ethos at PNK, we aim to be as transparent about our processes and best practices with clients, prospects, and really anyone who stumbles upon our website (thanks for coming by).

Here is our punch list for clients prepping for Q4

Channels

  • Lock in strategy, budgets, and cadence for:

    • Meta

    • Google

      • Make sure LPs/copy are updated to match promos/holiday

      • Make sure Google Shopping promos are enabled with codes

    • TikTok

    • Programmatic Display

  • Additional channels

    • Direct mail

    • CTV - StackAdapt

    • OOH - Quan Media / Adgile Trucks

    • YouTube (sponsoring creators) - Centus

Creative

  • Specific creative sizing and formatting for:

    • Facebook Feed

    • Instagram Stories/Reels

    • TikTok Feed

    • YouTube

    • Programmatic

  • Copywriting for:

    • Google Ads

    • Meta Ads

Landing Pages

  • List out all pages necessary for each channel and promo

  • UX, UI, copywriting, and development of LPs - work with HOOX

  • Ensure the Google Tag Manager container is live on LP sub-domain

  • Test all LPs for 1-second load time

Technology

  • Test all Shopify apps to ensure apps are fully up to date and integrations are strong.

  • Run test orders to ensure data is flowing properly.

Promos

  • Lock in BFCM promos

  • Lock in December “advent promo calendar”

  • Lock in New Years promo

  • Ensure all cross-functional teams are aware of promos, dates/times, and inventory plans

  • Write out promo terms and conditions for each LP

  • Create macros within Gorgias for promos

Product

  • GWPs

    • Make sure GWPs are paid for and are on the way to 3PL

    • Lock in perceived value pricing

    • Upload GWPs to Shopify

  • Q4 product launches

    • None are planned for now

Gift Guides

  • Ensure SkimLinks is setup for affiliate/gift-guide organic pickup

  • Reach out to writers at high-trafficked affiliate sites (BuzzFeed, Insider Picks, Refinery29, VOGUE, etc)

  • Create our own gift guide with like-minded brands
