Technology
Test all Shopify apps to ensure apps are fully up to date and integrations are strong.
Run test orders to ensure data is flowing properly.
Promos
Lock in BFCM promos
Lock in December “advent promo calendar”
Lock in New Years promo
Ensure all cross-functional teams are aware of promos, dates/times, and inventory plans
Write out promo terms and conditions for each LP
Create macros within Gorgias for promos
Product
GWPs
Make sure GWPs are paid for and are on the way to 3PL
Lock in perceived value pricing
Upload GWPs to Shopify

Ensure SkimLinks is setup for affiliate/gift-guide organic pickup
Reach out to writers at high-trafficked affiliate sites (BuzzFeed, Insider Picks, Refinery29, VOGUE, etc)
